B.A.M. has a payment plan as follows; when the materials arrive a check is written for those materials. Once those materials are installed a check is written for the labor. You the owner do not have to worry about being ripped off. |

 RED FLAGS to watch for when getting estimates for your projects. When a contractor wants money down, I say for what you have not anything and there is no material on site. As the old saying goes, if it sounds to good to be true it is. Getting a low bid is the worst one to go with and also getting a high bid isn't good either. |

 We have been doing construction for 17 years and our estimates are done through a construction computer software, where prices of materials and labor are estimated. How it works is the construction software company calls the the local supply companies like lumber suppliers, Lowes, Home Depots, appliance stores, brick and block companies, etc. The same way with labor, they call local contractors to get pricing on there labor. This software is for all 52 states and is used by insurance companies that that pay for our loss without being in the construction business.
